Tpl Ogunseyi Ayodele Joseph, Partner at SUSTAINABLE DESIGN CONSULT, is a Registered Town Planner and member Nigerian Institute of Town Planners. He graduated from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos State. Early experience gained at Urban and Regional Planning Board, Ilupeju Office, Lagos State. Worked briefly FSB Int’l Bank, which later merged with Fidelity Bank PLC.  Also worked with Metafrique Ltd, a recycling company in DR Congo, Republic of Congo, Chad, Cameroon, Mauritania, Ghana and Nigeria. He’s also part of Lead Recycling and PET Bottles Recycling Project Team in Green Recycling Industries and ALEF Recycling Company Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria.

Apart from recycling, Tpl Ogunseyi Ayodele Joseph has engaged in other Town Planning related projects. Such as, preparation of Master Plan of private Estates, Layout Design on family land, Landscape Design and secured many development permits for individual and corporate organization. Tpl Ogunseyi Ayodele Joseph is positioning himself to be a voice in solving Urban problems and making our cities and villages to be smart without jeopardizing its sustainability.
